I highly reccomend Couplet & Barnes, not just for the amazing transformation on my carpet but for their customer service skills and VERY hard work. Customer service skills are excellent. very understanding and even took time talking to my child. Aaron done an amazing job making my carpet look sparkly, clean and new after I dropped paint and gloss on the carpet from decorating my home. I would highly recommend Aaron & Ashley at Couplet & Barnes They recently did a whole house end of tenancy carpet clean for us. They were punctual, and explained what needed to be done. It was done very professionally and looked great throughout, so we were very happy. Oh my god! I’m absolutely speechless! The pictures do not do the stroller justice, it looks incredible. This stroller was given to us by a friend, who had used it for 4 years with her daughter, and was then stored in the attic for 2 years. When she gave it to me, I tried scrubbing it myself but the stains didn’t budge. We saw Couplet & Barnes advertise their new pram cleaning service and we thought we’d give it a try. I was under the impression I would have to drop it off somewhere, however it was collected from our house and returned the next day. That in itself was such amazing service. At collection, I showed the stains and explained I didn’t think they’d budge due to how old the stroller was, and I didn’t expect a miracle. The stroller came back to us looking very almost brand new. I mean, look at the colour alone, and the stains?! What stains?! They’re all gone! I am honestly SO happy, and I will recommend and rave about couplet & barnes to everyone I know. We can’t wait to book in a carpet clean with them in the upcoming future!! Great experience from this company. Cleaned the seats and carpets inside my car (long overdue) and end result was fab. Really convenient as well as they came to the driveway so I was able to carry on working from home whilst it was done all for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend
