We also supply outside bbq for parties/ events from 20 guests .

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Whatever our client wants we will do our best to source it.
Vegetarian, vegan, dairy intolerance, nut allergies, gluten free.
Special burgers ( venison, ostrich, etc).
What do you love most about your job?
I've been a chef for 35 years and I love to see people enjoy what I do from hog roast to bbq or a cold buffet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to work for myself, I get more enjoyment and piece of mind.
