Thats not fair as i put a lot of money into half the materials so i did actually lose out just to satisfy the customer..

Work wise there young apprentice good hard worker etc, As for understanding I'll Veterans not very good the whole crew walked off my home 🏡 over money 💷 and it triggered my Complex PTSD and me having to speak to my ex Mrs and my Forces Councillor to help with this situation and sorting the online bank transfer etc. Certainly not professional company. And won't be using them again. Not understanding Military illness Veterans.

We were very understanding about your military experience and your ptsd. We did everything that you wanted us to do at the price quoted! You were rude, abrupt and swearing at my workers for some unknown reason and they are not used to dealing with customers like that! Unfortunately due to your nature we will not be returning to you for any future work that you need doing!

We were visited by Gary and explained truthfully what we needed to be done and he agreed to do the job he was very nice so when he called and said he was sending his sons to do the job as he was not feeling good we were not worried about it BUT that was a big mistake, at first they were fine and the eldest was saying we’ll clear everything and get rid of the roots as well and we were very grateful for the offer then after an hour they disappeared to go and get help to speed things up but when they returned after well over an hour they were alone another hour or so they went to lunch when they finally came back the mood of the eldest son was just off the planet he noticed my neighbors roof had been done and he just went mad he was going on about how much money he would get doing that job and how this job was a joke and nobody appreciated it when we said we really did appreciate it he started ranting at my husband saying he was a conman and a liar and we were paying rubbish money for the job we were appalled having never had any problems with people who have been here to work for us my husband was 70 that day and he has cancer plus other medical problems and we don’t need or want to be treated like that they disappeared soon after leaving the rubbish behind then to our surprise next day the younger son came back and asked if he and his cousin could finish up which we said yes to as he was a lovely lad and they did sort out most of the mess they were very helpful but the impression created by the older son was not good and although Gary called me back eventually and apologized it still has left a really bad feeling about it all I have never given a bad review before but this had to be told I could add more but this is probably enough and I really didn’t want to do it
