I am a trained counsellor and life coach so are able to combine the two if required. I also have several diplomas in crisis and trauma, health and nutrition, and general well-being so can tailor the therapy sessions to suit individuals needs. I offer my service at extremely good rates as enjoy what I do and offer convenient times and days to suit people’s needs. This can be discussed during the free 20minute consultation before deciding to book further sessions. I can provide sessions weekly, every other, or monthly depending on what the particular needs are. I offer discounted rates for students.
