What do you love most about your job?
Helping people, it's the most basic reason, but when I see and hear what a difference counselling makes to people, I feel it is one of the most rewarding jobs anyone could do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the autonomy of working for myself and working with people who want to work with me.

I provide counselling online via teams or zoom or by telephone within the UK.
Online Counselling
I am a integrative counsellor, registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), working with adults online and by telephone.
Some times we need that time to talk through our thoughts worries and concerns. Counselling provides the time and space to do that. It is supportive and non judgmental hour, that gives you the opportunity to consider yourself and what you want.
