I am a psychotherapist and a hypnotherapist and have been in practice since 2008. I work with many different models and practices so we can find the right tools and techniques to help. I am an active listener and I work with unconditional positive regard and non-judgement.

Services

I offer a one hour psychotherapy/hypnotherapy session at £50, an hour and a half session at £70 and a one-stop smoking cessation hypnotherapy session (lasting two hours) at £100. Psychotherapy sessions can be face to face, online or by telephone. Hypnotherapy or smoking cessation can be face to face or online. My working hours are 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
