Excellent customer service. Couldn't meet a more polite and efficient IT Engineer, who really knew their stuff. My cracked laptop screen was replaced quickly and efficiently and works great now, just like new. My computer speed has also increased after a maintenance was carried out. The challenge of troubleshooting all sorts of different technical IT issues, plus the fact that IT advances and hence changes very quickly. This keeps my IT skills up-to-date, plus keeps me on my toes!!

I have been employed in a number of different IT technical disciplines for 31 years. I also worked in IT Adult Teaching for a while. - I therefore have many IT skills that I would like to share and hence can pass on to IT users, no matter if they are a completely new IT user or a long term IT user with an unresolved technical issue. Re-assuring my clients, my ethos is that no question is ever a silly question and age is certainly no barrier!! Don't be afraid to ask, no matter how silly you might think it is. No question is ever a silly question in IT!!

I take my time to explain IT problems in layman's terms. I listen to my clients carefully.
