Cotswold paving

Oh my, what a nightmare. At first they were polite and ontime. But right from the first day, it was clear they had no clue what they were doing. I was told nothing to pay till job is done, but from day one was pestered to pay everyday for this and that. Over just 3 days, they have changed 4 workers. Brick laying done by 2 different people, first bricklayer was ok, 2nd was so bad, i had to knock them down myself. Eventually had to stop and just take the financial hit and get someone else. Polite and on time at first. Understood the nature of the job that I asked for. Job was carried out quickly on the parking space, but later discovered that some of the bricks hadn't set, and the concrete ramp had cracked.
Unfortunately, after many attempts to have a conversation, and re-arrange to come and repair/finish the job, they have left as is, and become unresponsive. More...
