If you do not have any paperwork for the works carried out in your home something is wrong.
You should have completed a Declaration of Conformity and Completed Installation (DOCC).
If you have not signed this, it is likely that a FRAUD has been committed in your name.
Contact OFGEM, eco.sar@ofgem.gov.uk. They will inform you of the works claimed for being carried out at your home. You may be surprised.
They will advise you of the funder. Usually one of the Big 6 e.g. E-ON, EDF
If you suspect fraud advise OFGEM of this. Failure to do so may exclude you from future measures being installed in your home.
If all else fails contact Andrej Miller, Head of ECO & Warm Home Discount.
This is going to be the biggest scam ever.
Make sure you have all of your paperwork as a mass claim is sure to come.

The job was made in 5 days after the joiner suppose to finish the job .
For 2 time in role no one show up , I receive already the insurance and total of job done .
My question is are you able to came and finish the job ?
Otherwise I will try to make a claim to the government just to make sure those money are not been paid without finish the job .
Cosyhome left me with no wardrobe fixed , 3 door unfitted and the kitchen down and the most important think with no curtains and privacy and floor up .
Also the worker they just broken a wall in the entrance which is not been fixed.
I’m quite disappointed because I have a small baby and this can’t happen

AVOID COSY HOME SOLUTIONS !!
RUINED MYFLOORING AFTER INSTALLING UNDERFLOOR INSULATION, INSTALLED A FAULTY THERMOSTAT AND LEFT A LOAD OF RUBBISH IN THE GARDEN (.
.2 WEEKS AND COUNTING),
COMPLAINTS ARE MET WITH MEANINGLESS AND INSINCERE APOLOGIES. THEY WILL ARRANGE TO ATTEND ON A SPECIFIC DAY, MAKE YOU TAKE TIME OFF TO BE AT THE PROPERTY AND THEN NOT SHOW.. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON 3 OCCASIONS; BLATANT DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT OF NOT JUST A CUSTOMERS PROPERTY BUT ALSO THEIR TIME.
The carpet in my mothers home was taken up to install underfloor insulation- the floorboards have not been replaced to be flush, and carpets have not been refitted properly. The fitter was using a crowbar to try and tuck the carpet back under the skirting board, when questioned on why the correct carpet tucking and stretching tools are not being used, i was told this is how it is usually done and they are not carpet fitters. Surely your operatives should be provided with the correct tools and training to reinstate floors to how they find them, considering the nature of their job involves laying insulation under a floor and putting the floor back?
Over the last 2 week i have spoken to various members of your firm, made calls, sent emails, forwarded photos on whatsapp to a msnager and taken time off work to await someone to come out - but no one has turned up, despite being sent written confirmation of attendance.
For an ''award winning'' company i would at least expect the courtesy of a phone call so i am not left waiting around and wasting time. This has happened on 3 occasions todate. customer services dont seem to have any idea or clue about what the complains and escalation process is,
My requests for complaints and escalation procedures have also been ignored, as such i am having to resort to social media.
it is a reasonable expectation that you treat your customers home with respect and reinstate areas of work to at least how you found them, and turn up at times agreed.. apparently this is too much to ask for.
All i want is an appointment where you send out someone with the correct tools and skills to make good the damaged state you have left the floor in, remove your rubbish and give me a thermostat that works ..and not waste anymore of my time!
