I phoned them through sheer chance to see if they coud pick up my 16yrs old son, & his 3 friends, from Alton Towers, later that day. So glad I had the good fortune to contact Cosy Cruise Travel first, as they could not have been more helpful at such short notice. The pick up was well coordinated , on time, and they had a smooth ride home. So much less stressful than them trying to get buses and train connections.... and actually a bit cheaper per person too - plus all delivered safely right to the doorstep.! Could not fault them and even received a follow up email to check all went well. Supberb customer service, and I would definitely recommend and/or will be using them again. Don't hesitate to book !!!
