Has a sauna but super outdated apart from that. Weights that stick to the bar (just grease the bar ends if you don't want to buy new weights. ..), OLD weight clips that no other gym I've been to in last 5 years use. Staff doesn't refill the paper towels AT ALL 😅 overall worst gym in the area for one of the highest costing memberships! Went in yesterday ( first time in Merthyr Tydfil) and was greeted by the warm staff. Bring a customer from Cardiff, I wasn’t too sure about how to visit another site as my membership had been frozen but the staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I've been training here for the last 3 months now and it's definitely one of the better gyms I've trained in over the years. The membership price of £30 a month is a good price for this gym - especially as it has a sauna and swimming pool. There's plenty of weights and different machines there, for most exercises.
