This guy really knows his stuff. He's a great motivator and the workouts are always really rewarding. He'll have you breaking through plateaus and smashing PBs in no time! I went to Akkas because i was struggling with my deadlift and squat form and always worrying about injury. Within 8 weeks all my main lifts had gone way up and i felt more confident than ever handling the weight! And he's a top guy! More...

I love training with Akkas, he is so knowledgeable and makes every workout enjoyable. He has pushed me further and had me lifting heavier than I thought possible. His sessions set me up for the week and I always have something new to work on during my own gym sessions. I have worked with a number of personal trainers during the last few years and none have proved more effective or knowledgeable than Akkas – I have lost weight and gained muscle mass by working out with Akkas, I went from 85. 7kg to 76.5kg and with the knowledge gained from Akkas I have maintained my weight and have continued to improve upon my fitness. I would recommend Akkas without any hesitation to anyone, you can have a good laugh while getting in a very good workout with him. More...

I was trained by Akkas for 4 months in this time he taught me about form, nutrition and balance. He helped me to achieve my goals and following on from that an improved body image, it was amazing to have a trainer that can relate to how hard it can be to struggle with weight. He pushes you hard but that’s one of the great things about his training and trust me when I say it gets the results you want! I unfortunately had an injury which put me out of training for 12 weeks, during this time Akkas still contacted me to offer support and to find out about updates on my injury. I have stopped going to Akkas now due to moving to Newquay for the year, but when I am back in Manchester I can’t wait to train with him again! Akkas makes you feel at home in his studio and he becomes more than a personal trainer he becomes a friend.
If you want someone who gets the results you want this is the man to go to!

Well what can i say about Core Fitness - only that its "The Best" personal training in the area. Akkas Miah is an amazing dedicated talented genuine guy who completely has my best interests at heart. No funny gimmicks just pure down to earth easy to master exercises.
It doesn't just stop at the hours personal training in the gym either, Akkas is always on hand to answer my nutritional questions (sometimes random) & support me through my final stages of this huge weight loss journey that I'm on.
I truly can't recommend him enough. True value for money. Akkas really cares for his clients and thats evident to see. He's such a great guy who is well liked by all. He's definitely the little guy with a big heart - book him today, you won't be disappointed

Really motivating & down to earth Personal Training. You know the worth of a true PT who's been through all of your weight/ body issues & training plateaus. They know how to drive you through them!
That certainly comes across when working with CoreFitness.
Admire Akkas passion for his clients whilst pursuing his own Bodybuilding goals.

I have been training at Core Fitness for around 3 months now and I'm really enjoying it. Akkas is really nice and immediately puts you at ease if you're like me and find gyms intimidating! . Services

During your 1:2:1 sessions you will benefit from full one to one attention and support, learning how your body works and how exercises are done for maximum benefits on body composition. Each £250 package consists of 8 sessions (2 sessions a week)

You will be provided with bespoke training and nutrition plans, tailored to YOUR individual needs from an experienced and academically sound trainer who has previously competed in bodybuilding, suffered from eating disorders himself, and has studied at Manchester Metropolitan University for his BSc Hons Nutrition.

You will be provided with body measurements as well as weight management services, helping you feel more comfortable in your body whilst educating you about healthy, sustainable living. You will not be encouraged to buy or take part in fad diets, detoxes and supplements, ensuring you enjoy a healthier life, the NATURAL way!

During your Group Sessions, you will benefit from frequent personal training at a more affordable cost! Note that this is NOT a class, it is group PT format, something very niche and different, unlike traditional boot camp sessions you will have individual programs set, for yourself, whilst coaching is divided amongst the rest. Each Group Package consists of 8 sessions (2 sessions a week).

The groups are a maximum of 8 people ensuring you are still coached and supervised to great detailYou will be provided with bespoke training and nutrition plans, tailored to YOUR individual needs from an experienced and academically sound trainer who has previously competed in bodybuilding, suffered from eating disorders himself, and has studied at Manchester Metropolitan University for his BSc Hons Nutrition.
