How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I always treat every client as an individual. There is no "one - fits - all" training pattern.
I will make time to listen to their needs, as well as focussing on their goals, and realistically setting targerts for both short term and long term achievements.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! Hard work, good nutrition and staying consistent! Above all, finding the fun in exercise is key, so that you want to keep training rather than finding it a chore.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people grow in confidence. Finding themselves, when sometimes they have been lost or hiding, and them realising that they have all the abilities to themselves to smash their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked in West End shows as a performer, so fitness, dance and exercise have always played a huge part in my life. Now having 2 small children and wanting to show them the best version of myself has been key to me wanting to help others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a lot to offer, both in knowledge as well as mentally knowing how to push through when you don't want to. This is where most people fail when they lose the drive. I hope to keep my clients in check and on form to really continue the growth in their progress.

Unfortunately not at this time. I believe we all train harder in the room, as well as holding ourselves more accountable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have always followed the guidelines and made the cleanliness of equipment of upmost importance, as well as mask wearing where needed and ventilating the room as much as possible.
