Very poor service. Had xbox around 3 weeks, no communication at all had to chase up the people on the phone were incompetent not even knowing if they had the item! !! Took my PS4 to their store in elm park, at first my PlayStation sounded like Heathrow Terminal 1 with the noise it was making all the time - but took it to get it cleaned and for the reasonable price it was (£20) I can honestly say my PS4 has never been quieter, would highly recommend 👊🏻👊🏻
