What do you love most about your job?
From a young age I have had a passion for technology. And as I grew older that passion only grew. With my love for tech, helping people to use it or fix it just comes naturally to me. I know that technology can be frustrating to some and I love to try to remove that frustration from as many people as I can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
"When I set out to create 'Consider IT Sorted' I wanted to do things differently. After years of helping many family, friends and colleagues with their IT issues. I began to realise that there just wasn't enough help around for so many people that have issues with technology. Things as simple as setting up an email address, or setting up a new mobile device. It can be challenging for someone with little to NO experience in technology. With a society so reliant upon technology these days it is so important for people to get the help they need. That is why I created this business. Simply to provide friendly, personal IT support to everyone's door steps."

Computer/Laptop Repair & Upgrade
Hardware Repair:
If you have problems with your PC or Laptop hardware, or feel like you just need an upgrade without buying a new computer. We can help.
We service a large range of PC's and peripherals such as Monitors, Printer's, Scanners, Laptops, Desktops and much more.
We are able to diagnose intermittent issue's quickly, such as a failing motherboard or hard drive, and take preventative measures to ensure you do not lose your data.
We can usually source replacement components and repair in house. However, it is sometime necessary to return your equipment to the manufacturer. We can arrange safe packaging and shipping of your equipment and also advise on warranty claims if applicable.
Hardware Upgrade:
If you feel your computer is sluggish or you are running out of space, you may be looking for an upgrade!
To improve your speed you could simply need a RAM upgrade. Or if you need some extra space I can advise you of the best hardware to suit your needs.
