Q&As

I love the variety and that no day is like the other. I love working with people from all backgrounds and seeing them making progress. To have a job with purpose has always been my top priority.

I always felt a ‘Sehnsucht’ (longing) for something. I did not know what this ‘Sehnsucht’ was until I finally became very quiet and connected to my heart.

Only then did I know that my life’s purpose is to assist others on their journey ‘within’ and walk with them until they find their way back to Source.

If they were guided to me, then I believe it was the divine that wanted us to connect. I feel clients should choose me if they feel a strong pull toward working with me and if my words resonate with their innermost self. I have decades of experience with addictions, relationships, ADHD and project management. Especially addictions have been a big part of my life's work, and my book concludes this by addressing different forms of addictions (love, substances, 'negative thinking' & food).
The only way out is through, and I feel I am well-equipped to assist your clients on their journey.

I can provide services via Skype, Zoom or Teams. Most of my clients are based all over the world hence I am an expert in working remotely.

During the pandemic I moved my sessions online and found this to be very rewarding.

Services

In our sessions we will work on strengthening your awareness in terms of seeing your addiction clearly and taking a step back. I will guide you through specific techniques that can be employed in your daily life to help you strengthen the ‘muscle’ of present moment awareness, eventually helping you to free yourself from your compulsion.

In our weekly sessions we evaluate what you can do right where you are. The aim of each session is to support your well-being in whatever situation you are in and further allow you to identify whether action needs to be taken ‘now’ to improve your situation or if you need to go within to see what the appropriate action might be.

In our weekly sessions, through specific questioning, we will see where you are at in reaching your goal, and what may be holding you back or blocking your energy to flowing freely into achieving your goal. I will provide tools that are tailored for your specific journey and help you to make your goal more tangible.
