Contacted computer solutions Wales Harfordwest about my laptop having problems with it being so slow I took it in they checked it over and called in an hour gave me an update on what it needed and how much it would be my partner paid the fee over the phone and within 3 day's I was back up and running so happy highly recommend computer solutions wales Haverfordwest Pembrokeshire brilliant job would definitely come back in the future thank you for your support. Charged £90 for them to look at it for 10 minutes to be told for them to repair burnt out cpu it would cost £490. I knew someone who could fit it. Turns out cpu was fine. It was a £25 RAM stick. Feel I was being ripped off. Will not use again and would not recommend. Definitely right company as I have the call logs and same phone number. My 12 year old has spent £160 of his savings to repair a pc that only needed a RAM stick. More...

Phoned them up because I had a jammed printer. Was told they would visit my house in about an hour and true To their word they came. Very pleasant owner who very quickly solved the problem. I have had all my house contents and garden equipment stored here for the last 3 months. Excellent dry secure storage with very easy access 24/7, outside storage very secure again with very easy access. Staff very helpful, I needed more storage than I had reserved and was in trouble when the contents of the artic lorry would not fit. Computer Solutions Wales rescued and recovered a failing CCTV system, provided a replacement 4G network, supplied replacement hardware and deliver IT support services at our previous address and new home. The services provided have been second to none and we've found them to be always available when required. The whole team has a great work ethic, practical and friendly approach and we've no hesitation in making a strong recommendation. We have just finished storing furniture, which was longer than expected due to covid and the extreme housing boom. We can’t complain about anything, the unit was extremely secure and dry which was good for our peace of mind and the staff were very helpful especially Jay who made the termination process of the locker and returning the key fob etc a very easy process.
