I went to Mike asking him to clean out my PS4 as every time I played a game or even just tried to watch Netflix it sounded like a plane was taking off in my living room! Mike cleaned my PS4 overnight and now I’m playing very demanding AAA games and I can’t hear a sound! It’s working perfectly and quietly purring away under my TV, the difference is outstanding! My laptop was making one hell of a noise whenever it was turned on. I tried cleaning the fan with a can of compressed air, however, that did not work. The fan stopped working, either I blocked it or broke it.A quick email to explain what was wrong and a quick reply explaing what it might be and how much it would cost, also stating he would not know for sure until he can get into it.I handed my laptop in on Saturday and I recieved a message on the Sunday saying my laptop was ready to collect. Payment either cash or bank transfer. I collected it on Monday, and gave it a try ... I can't remember the last time my laptop was soooooo quiet, performance is also much better.Turns out, the inside if my laptop was absolutely filthy and needed a good clean. Great service, very quick and works to your time frame. The repair was carried out well below my expected cost and far beyond my expected standard.

The first part of my negative feedback, is that he installed a self made ''support suite'' without my knowledge. This programme will require a code (supplied by CRS) to remove. Working within the IT industry, this looks very suspicious. Had it been discussed with me prior to installation I would have felt differently (I would have said no. Kapersky will know better than a one man band from Norwich.).

The ''Legal'' paperwork that is required for repair, also states that any damage caused during repair is liable to you.

This was not explained to me. Luckily for myself, the repair was carried out hitch free. (which is awesome.)

On the whole a great service, despite my elongated negative section. This is mainly due to my suspicious nature and IT knowledge. More...

Mike is a wizard with computers and their related problems. We had a laptop that we were ready to throw away, as it was running as slow as an emphysemic tortoise, and was showing signs of wear and tear. Mike rebuilt it and increased its storage memory. Mike totally fixed a seemingly broken laptop with a corrupted hard drive that wouldn't even turn on. He saved all my files, cleaned my laptop and even helped me source a new battery.
