well firstly i used computer orbit quite a bit over the weekend
rang them up sunday about a new graphics card, knowing i wont be home till after closing time.
they only went and delivered it to me around 6pm sunday evening! what other computer shop would do that? let alone have that kind of unreal and amazing customer service? NO ONE just these guys!
Well having done that i went into the store on tuesday.
i fully expected to spend alot due to other upgrades
the bloke that helped me was really professional and very friendly! helped me pick out what i needed and didnt rush me!
i was very happy with the service i got!
id fully recommend supporting this local business over scan/overclockers any day!
so if you need any pc parts/help with anything pc wise go see them!
5* customer service and a overall 5* business!

If there was an option for 10 stars I would select it. Unbeatable customer service, friendly faces, great prices and absolutely a store I can recommend.
The in-laws bought their first computer here 20 years ago, I certainly hope COMPUTER orBit are around in another 20 years carrying on their amazing service.

The team are amazing (thank you so much again). They fixed my dead PC, kept me up to date every step of the way, advised on prices for the fix (comparable to as if I was shopping around for the bits online). Ended up upgrading various bits, all to make it run better. They got it back to me quicker than the ETA (I'm disabled and spend alot of time housebound, so for me it's a lifeline) for which I am extremely grateful. It's running quieter and much cooler. Called Computer Orbit when my teenage son wanted to add a 'streaming PC' to the line up on his desk. Initially spoke to Sam who was very informative and helpful.
He advised us on the parts that we'd need to go with the bits we already had. We'd previously spoken to another local PC build company whose price was way higher. We were so impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the staff that we visited the next day and placed our order. We paid an extra £15 for queue jump service and collected the new PC a couple of days later.
I would highly recommend these guys, very professional while remaining friendly and explaining on a level that I could understand. I would not hesitate to go back to them when we need new gear or more upgrades.
