The service I received was excellent. Raj got in touch quickly. He diagnosed the problem. Arranged to collect my laptop the following day. Came when he said he would. Took the laptop to his shop. Whatsapps me to show me the problem and what he would be doing. We agreed agreed a price, which he later reduced because he found he could repair it without the part he thought he might need. Her returned my laptop the same day. This was a huge relief to me as I need it for work. He was professional, polite and respectful throughout the process and always kept me up to date. I am going to recommend him to my colleagues. Thank you Raj.
