Good. Gentleman friendly. Was able to explain the problem and fix it

Excellent job Nav. One day I woke up with the keyboard and usb's from my laptop not working anymore. I couldn't have access in my laptop, at my photos and important work documents. So I've registered on Bark, found Nav from Compuhelp and a couple of days later my laptop was working again. He helped me saving my documents on an external hard disk and reinstalled Windows.
