Highly recommend. I had spilt quite a lot of liquid on my MacBook and it wasn't switching on. Found Complete PC services online after a quick google search and thank goodness I did! Juliette gave advice, collected the MacBook from me and within days had fixed it (keeping me in the loop all the while). She delivered back to me and not only is it working - it looks brand new. I had a issue on my gaming pc that was causing my hard drives to fail or be corrupted, The service i received was amazing from start to finish, Very quick response to my message about my issue. Julie is now my go to person to look after my pc from now on, The thing i liked was the honesty from the start Julie informed me that she was very busy at the time ( for me a good sign of a quality service ) but gave me a time frame that was stuck to and so i was happy - Julie solved my issue and also gave me some advice on how to stop this from happening and some tips on keeping the pc running better, also the one thing i was happy about was the price well worth the time spent fixing my PC . What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and being a woman, I feel I have a slight nurturing advantage, that enables me to help all of my clients in a kind. explanatory and patient manner. I understand that for many this area is very daunting and I enjoy assisting with their technology issues and hopefully creating long, business, but friendly relationships. I have clients that have stayed with me for many years and who come back to me again and again. I also love my job because I never really know what I will be faced with on my arrival and for somebody who is intellectually easily bored, this keeps me on my toes. I have been providing support for 24 years now and not much phases me these days.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a child and did not want to do the slog to London and back everyday. I wanted to spend time with my beautiful arrival and so I started my own business, which allowed me to have time with him and to work at the same time. One of the best things I ever did!

Aside from my 24 years of experience gained at top level in the Financial sector of the City of London, (for this you have to be at the top of your game and be able to perform under pressure), I feel I am personable, pay attention to detail, careful with peoples' precious data and devices and committed to providing an excellent service!
