Complete Catering Service

We used Complete Catering Service for our wedding evening celebration after getting married in Corfu. We wanted a Greek themed buffet & Dominique was extremely helpful with suggestions, changing menus around to suit our requirements. On the evening itself, Christian was the host & was so polite & professional but friendly too. Complete catering provided the food and bar for our tipi wedding in August this year. We could not have had a more positive experience. From our first meeting with them we felt confident we had made the right choice. They were approachable, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to make our day run smoothly. We opted for a BBQ with cheese and biscuits being served later. We had such good comments about the food....everyone loved it ! They were happy to serve our additional alcohol to guests on arrival and during the speeches...including a large of amount of tequila and vodka for shots! The bar was incredibly reasonably priced...again went down VERY well with our guests. They were in no way pushy in terms of trying to get us to add extra food we didn't want or need and were flexible enough to allow us to stay in budget...if not a bit below! On the day, had we wanted them to, they would have also helped to make announcements and generally lead the day. All in all a 5* experience. Thank you so much. We both just wanted to say a massive thank you to the entire team. We felt the lead up to the day was incredibly organised and no request was too much- from creating Kat's favourite dessert to soft drinks with the breakfast meal and this made it feel so much more individual. We had such an amazing day and the food was simply incredible. We've had so many compliments from our guests on how delicious it was and the hog was a real winner! We are especially glad we decided to add canapes with our drinks reception as everyone loved them!

Me and my wife to be met up with Dominique yesterday for our wedding breakfast menu taster. I must say we were blown away with the quality and presentation of the food and the service Dominique and his staff provided. If it was that good on a taster we can only expect a sensational service on the day and look forward to working with them. We cannot recommend Danielle and the team at Complete Catering Service enough. Complete were our caterers at our wedding on 24 July 2015 at Wentworth Castle Gardens. From the very first meeting with Danielle 18 months ago we knew that Complete were the caterers for us. They were friendly, open and willing to try out any of our ideas, allowing us to create our own ideal wedding menu - Danielle even came and picked us up from Doncaster station so we could go to their kitchens! In the run up to the wedding, every email was responded to quickly and helpfully and Danielle made us feel like we were her only customers (when we know they are working day and night at loads of events at the moment!) On the day, Danielle thought of everything - from a teaspoon on my little sister's table setting, to beer tankards for our real ale, to a card from her and the team in our 'card suitcase'. Danielle was the MC for the evening and always checked we were happy and had a drink ready. All of our guests complimented us on the amazing food and said how different it was for a wedding which really helped to personalise the day. We would just like to thank Danielle and her team for an excellent day, from the day we met Danielle we knew they would do a good job. They help you from the very first meeting until they go home on the day of the event to give you the best service. We had Complete Catering make all our food this weekend for our wedding and honestly it is the best wedding food we have ever had! Everyone was so full after the main but the deserts looked too good to miss out on so they eat them up too! All the food was beautiful. All our guests kept saying all night how nice the food was. Thank you to Danielle & all the staff on the day. They were so professional in their service, friendly & nothing was too much trouble.

We booked Complete Catering for a party (they don't just cater for weddings!). Danielle came up with an amazing menu based on our specific requests, and was a pleasure to work with. The food was delivered to our home, presented beautifully, and absolutely delicious (especially the desserts!) In fact - there was nothing left at the end of the night! All the dirty crockery was boxed up and picked up in the morning, so we didn't even have to do the washing up. Pleasantly surprised at the cost; great value for money. Danielle, Dominic and the team at Complete Catering provided the canapes, the wedding breakfast and evening food for our wedding at Thoresby Courtyard and Riding Hall on 27th July 2017 (sorry for the delay in reviewing! ).

It was really important to us that everything at our wedding was personal to use, rather than a 'flat pack' wedding, therefore we took the time to choose vendors that allowed us to have exactly what we wanted. This is one of the great things about Complete Catering - whatever you want, they can do!

We chose to pay for a tasting, which I was definitely recommend. They are happy to make the smallest of changes (e.g. no bone in the chicken) which you wouldn't think of when ordering the meal.

The other great thing about Complete Catering is that they don't put minimum order quantities on the canapes and evening meal, which alot of venue caters did. For example one venue we looked at you had to provided food for 100% of your evening guests, which given that the majority have had a 3 course wedding breakfast a few hours earlier is silly and a waste of money! There was also no service charge for offering course options to your guests, you just pay the meal cost for the meal you order, whereas another venue wanted to charge an extra £3.50 per head if we wanted to offer menu options even though the meals were the same cost and of course would be ordered in advance!

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the communication with Complete Catering does need improving. Thankfully as we went and ate the food, and our wedding planner at Thoresby had worked with Complete many times we knew they would turn up on the day and provide gorgeous food. However, emails did often take a while to get responses and quotes/invoices would need chasing.

I've been using Complete Catering since I returned to Opus International Consultants in February 2017 and have always found them very easy to work with. Ordering is very simple. The choice of buffets is brilliant and the fact that you can swap things in and out makes it even more suitable for our company. Dominique's customer service is to be commended, they never let me down, always delivering promptly and even managing to satisfy last minute requests. Dominique, Danielle and the rest of the Complete Catering Services team provided a fantastic, quality and classy service. CCS were friendly to a fault, prompt responders to queries big and small and, once the food rolled out, the plates were filled with delicious food cooked to perfection . Dozens of our guests since the big day have said that the food we had “was the best wedding food they’d ever eaten”. Everyone, even the fussy eaters, were very satisfied. From the word go, CCS told us to browse their sample menus (which were nicely varied and enticing) but assured us that if we had any preferences at all that were not in their menus, their professional chefs would do their best to provide ANYTHING we wanted.
