Complete Pets

Sarah & her wonderful team of walker's are something that my 2 girl's look forward to on a Tuesday morning - Sarah or one of her team will come and take my girl's out ball throwing as due to a disability I am unable to do this. Nothing is too much for Sarah, I have texted her at a weekend asking for a bank holiday and she has been to fetch the girl's. I have so much trust in them all and know my girl's are in the safest hand's - there are plenty of "pet services" around me but I took my time in finding the right one for the girl's as like children you wouldn't want just anyone looking after them!

We have been using complete pet care for nearly a year now and this is something we intend on doing going into the future, nothing is too much for Sarah, she is kind and will do her upmost to help you if that is just a quick fuss and pet or a long walk, it doesn't matter how often you want someone they can work round it for you - when I have to go to hospital I know that my girl's are safe and someone will come and fetch them to take them out - I don't trust just anyone but I trust Sarah & her team.

If you are debating it thinking this isn't for me all I will say is try them out and see how happy your pet is, happy pet's equal happy owner's.

My girl's know when it is Tuesday that they go out and they will start their "look out" from about 8am that is how excited they are.

You might think it is expensive when you look at other companies but ask yourself what those other companies are doing if they can walk X amount of dog's for £5 for as long as you want!

Give this company a go because I can honestly hand on heart say you won't be disappointed, we don't want our girl's in kennel's if we go away so we will be turning to Sarah to babysit the girl's at home - whatever your need's I bet they can be accommodated so give Sarah a ring and you won't look back. I defiantly recommend Complete Pets.
We left Indiana while away on a short break and he seems to have absolutely loved it!
I've never left him before so I was a bag of nerves about leaving him but as soon as I met Kelly I felt at ease.
The place is fantastic, really home from home for him and it's also helped Indiana get used to other dogs. He'll defiantly be coming back for a visit!

I have used Complete Pets a few times whilst on holiday for looking after Max. I have always been highly satisfied with his care he received and I call it now his doggie hotel. I can highly recommend it.

Kelly and her family have cared for Boomer dog since he was 8 weeks old at their house and ours. He adores going to doggy day care and jams open their cat flap on the front door every morning trying to get in faster. We feel totally reassured that he is being cared for and having a good time whilst we are at work. He has boarded for a weekend and settled straight away. Awesome, friendly and helpful. Thank you. I first came across Kelly and her company by chance about 5 years ago when I was looking for alternative holiday accommodation for my beloved ageing pointer Deefer who as well as being poorly had very bad separation anxiety and he really struggled in a kennel environment . I hated leaving him and he used to stress badly whenever we left him.
Once I discovered Kelly, we took him to visit her at her home for an hour visit and he loved it , we booked him in for a long weekend and he never stressed or seemed to miss us at all and we never looked back.
It’s just like home from home and knowing Kelly is also a veterinary nurse is very reassuring. We have since lost Deefer but I have used Kelly ever since that first meeting.
My two other dogs love it there also. Kelly and her husband make sure they are are walked, fed, loved and looked after in exactly the way you want them to be, just like being at Home and they get to mix , play and socialise with other dogs in a controlled way. My old lady gets peace when she needs it and play when she wants it .
A friendly, welcoming, caring home from home service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Highly recommend.

We are a little biased as River (Kelly & her family's dog) is Tink's Mum. We fell in love with River who is such an adorable dog before we picked our Tink! Tink has home-boarded with Kelly for the last 3 years. She is always in a rush to get in to Kelly's and never sulks when we pick her up. It really is a home from home for Tink. Kelly keeps updated with how Tink has been and ensures Tink is given any medication as needed. We even bought Tink a holiday name tag for when she is staying there as we don't take her anywhere else. It is reassuring that Kelly is a qualified veterinary nurse, but the main thing for us is Tink is happy. We recommend Complete Pets 100%. More...

Kelly started looking after my 4 cats for me about 3 years ago. They like to stay at home and so the service Kelly provides is brilliant. They are well looked after and even the 2 timid ones like a fuss now!!! The house is looked after and so are my plants. I never worry about the cats or the house whilst im away.

Our Cocker Spaniel "Charlie" has been a regular day boarder at Complete Pets for almost 3 years since he was a very small puppy. It's very obvious to us that Charlie looks forward to his visits as he bounds in to Kelly's and comes home tired and happy.
