I was ashamed of the mess I'd got myself into with this year's tax return, due to ill health, but Bilal was instantly reassuring - he would help me out of my pickle even though I'd left everything to the last minute. As well as streamlining my usual profit and loss (plagued by technical problems with my accounting software!), he guided me through extra actions regarding the sale of a rental property, and held my hand firmly through every step of the process. He was proactive at all times and truly went above and beyond the call of duty; while I nearly gave up, and was "happy" to submit late and face the fine, he said he wouldn't let that happen, and indeed he didn't, so even late on the night of the 31st he was right by my side over the phone, and by 11pm my tax was paid. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, tenacity and encouragement. I've worked with a few accountants over the last 20+ years, and this was a different experience entirely.
