Very prompt, courteous, and upstanding service from Comm-One Computer Services. My laptop displayed a blue screen on start up, so I sent two emails out to computer service companies near my house. Comm-One responded to my email almost immediately, and when I rang them they arranged to pick up the computer directly from my home. Less than 20 hours later, they rang with a diagnosis. Even though my hard drive was unrecoverable, I'm so impressed with the attentive service that I'll keep their phone number for a quick dial next time something goes wrong.
