What’s your signature dish?
Tough question to pick a singular dish, our style is based around fusion food and British classics. Using as many local in season ingredients as possible. Our ethos is to use the highest quality produce and let the ingredients speak for themselves.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Each individual menu is bespoke and unique to every client. We draft a different menu for every client to suit all your needs. Our process includes a conversation over the phone to discuss the event, who the event is for and what their favourite food is. This allows us to craft the perfect menu every time. Unlike eating in a restaurant with us you can simply pick what you like!
What do you love most about your job?
By character I am a people pleaser, I love to make other people happy and doing that through the process of cooking for people is the ultimate win. Often with my events they are special occasions and I love being a part of the day to help make it as special as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Comfort Dining was actually started almost by accident. I never planned on starting my own business, I worked as a chef and people started asking me to do private events. This grew and grew until I said "why not do this as a business". Since then I've been trying to master my craft to enable me to offer the best food experience.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff are extremely cautions with personally hygiene, washing hands regularly and testing if required. Food that we use is all washed to sanitise to ensure not contamination is possible.

Our fine dining dinner party experiences are like no other. We locally source our ingredients from independent suppliers. All menus are special and written with our client at the forefront.
