Spoke to 2 people with english as a second language, trying to find the NATIONAL phone number of one of their tenants, as the one listed on their site was constantly engaged. The idiot on the phone said he couldn't share that information due to DPA (hasn't even heard of GDPR) and that he "didn't know who he was speaking with", not that it mattered, as I'm not asking for personal numbers. Rude, dismissive, derogatory, unhelpful and highly obnoxious. If that is a representation of their attitudes, this is not a place where I'd want to locate my company. More...
