We love getting to know our customers. Firstly establish the event, tone of event and age range of event. We can then create a menu for you based on your favourite sweet treats, you can create your own menu (some customers love doing this and get the opportunity to be as creative as they like), or guests can create their own waffle on the day from our vast variety of toppings.

I love making sure that everything both tastes and looks picture perfect. In the past I have been disappointed when out, as I would love a little more of something, or the food doesn't look quite like as advertised. We want everything to be PERFECT. We are so passionate about what we do that if something isn't quite right it simply won't be served and we will work into the night until it is just right. We listen to all of our customers and work to achieve exactly what they want. What I love most is the 'oh wow' and faces lighting up as we have handed them one of our waffles.

Simply, we had a product that was good. Really good. We then worked hard to make it better. Then better and better and we try every day to make it better than the last. I have worked in both hospitality and events most of my life and I know what works well as what doesn't. So often working for someone you are restricted or can't make changes when you know they would work well. We are very personable and if someone says to change something we will. We are mobile to allow us to try new things and develop (and fail, many times) without judgement. Our business means everything to us and we have worked 22.5 hours somedays to make it a success and make customers happy, as at the end of the day that is all we want.

We only use the finest ingredients and aim to provide the best service we possibly can. The excitement for your event we will equally share and we love coming up with new menus and trying something new. We are consistent in our work and are committed to creating delicious Belgian Liege waffles.

We have strictly followed the rules throughout lockdown. Our pod allows us to be a safe 2 meters from customers at all times.Cutlery is individually wrapped and contactless card payments are preferred. The pod, card machine and internal surfaces and jars etc are cleaned before each use. We wear masks, and constantly wash and sanitise our hands. Please note we will NOT be a part of any event that may be in violation of the rules, so please do not ask.
