Code 9 Security Ltd have are currently delivering a site patrol and gate closure service on some of our remote nature reserve sites. They run a very professional, high quality service acting as representatives of the council without any issues. They engage professionally and fairly with the public and communicate effectively and promptly with council officers whenever site based issues arise. Having their daily presence on site has led to a significant reduction in the levels of antisocial behaviour and people frequently report that the security patrols make them feel safe. With colleagues, I brought a children’s choir to Winchester Christmas market where Code 9 were providing security services. They were friendly and personable, chatting to us and the children (despite the miserable weather, when I’m sure we’d all rather have been in the dry!) and very professional.
