Hello; I’m Catherine and I work with people who want to move forward in their professional lives. I offer individual sessions and also bespoke packages around confidence, marketing yourself to businesses and individuals, success at interview, managing burnout/stress and many other areas relating to the workplace. I also support clients in the process of establishing their own business ventures.

So whether you’re just starting out, firmly established or ready to rethink your career path I can support you on your journey. My own professional background as a Teacher and then a Director has given me lots of coaching and mentoring experience that I can share with you.
