How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I love to teach my clients real life approaches to fitness and their health, helping set them up for success with the right knowledge to get the best balance of life and exercise, as well as the best way to train to strengthen them while reaching their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning how to be comfortable being uncomfortable, either pushing that extra rep or few metres, or even just being in the gym for the first time.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people find confidence in themselves and their abilities, whether that's feeling good in their own skin, or being able to reach a target goal on a specific goal/aspect of exercise.

I can provide online and remote services, with weekly check in/catch ups and a personalised programme sent via the Fitr application, with mobile apps available.

If you’re new to the gym and need guidance, or are comfortable training and just want to mix things up a bit, I’ve created two programmes that are perfect to help.

In-Person Training
If you require more help or guidance in the gym, then I offer in-person training at the Cheshunt Brookfield PureGym.
You will need to be a member to train with me, but memberships start at £19.99 a month, with sessions priced at £50 per 60 minute session
