Personal Trainers

I have been training with Saima since September. I had an incident where I couldn't get up without huffing and puffing and I was about 89kg.

Since I've started I feel so much better mentally and physically. I even lost about 8kg so far.

I'm grateful to have Saima in my corner. She's will push you and take you from strength to strength. Each class is different and build you up to do more next time.

I couldn't squat to save my life nor pick weights over 5kg. And now, I'm comfortable lifting 45kg and more in the gym independently. That's the kind of confidence building you need when your working with a PT.

If you want that kind motivation and mentor, Saima is definitely your girl. I can't thank her enough.

I’ve been training with Saima since February and find the sessions are good and beneficial. Lately, we switched to a different routine and do a combo of cardio and strength training exercises which I also love. Overall, I’m a happy client.

Setting and creating a realistic motivatin training plan over a course of 12 weeks. Prior to training commencing an assesment will be taken to go over mobilty, form, posture, stability. It is important throughout the clients is happy with thier training.
