Personal Trainers

Just had my first session being trained by Phil and it was even better than I expected. The path to success has been made very clear with a tailored program for great results, and one I can finally stick to.
Phil’s methods ensured I got the most out of the session, which I honestly believe is 3 times what I would achieve in a gym on my own.
10 out of 10 Phil, already looking forward to the next session and getting slightly closer to that end goal.

Personal Trainers

I’ve started with Phil just over 2 weeks ago. So far I’ve found him to have met and exceeded my expectations. On the technical side he is really good at explaining all the exercises in a very simple and effective way. I have been seeing Phil twice a week since January and I am absolutely delighted with the results.
He truly is a one off, he is demanding and he pushes you hard but it’s worth it.
He is without doubt the best trainer I have ever worked with.

Really enjoyed these first 2 weeks training with Phil. It feels good getting into a routine for myself! I am a complete beginner when it comes to training in a gym so it has been really good learning new exercises and also gaining knowledge on nutrition. I am moving a whole lot more, can feel changes in myself already and lost 2kg over the last 2 weeks! So happy! Thank you Phil for your on going support in and outside of training! Phil is a great Personal Trainer and very knowledgeable not just about fitness but nutrition too. He prepares an exercise and nutrition plan to suit your needs and frequently reviews it.
During training he ensures that you do the exercises in the correct way and slowly pushes you to achieve more.
With Phil’s help I have toned up and strengthened my muscles so much that I am now far more mobile than I had been and back pain is manageable now.
I would highly recommend Phil to anyone wanting to improve themselves.

As a 50 + year old woman, I was finding it hard to achieve and maintain a body I aspired too. The peaks and troughs of this continued journey was getting so frustrating. I am a very active and sporty person and considered I ate clean..ish. I got to the point that I couldn’t eat any less or exercise anymore in a day, I was at a loss!! At this point many friends put it down to menopause and that in so many words meant ‘ it’s allowed’ ‘ there’s not a lot you can do about it and just accept it’ many friends at this point I have witnessed just gave up trying thinking it’s in achievable. I was then recommended Phil and thought what have I got to lose!! I started training twice a week with Phil in Oct 2020, I trained twice a week with him and after a short time started seeing a difference, some weight off and more toned. Phil kept trying to guide me to do the food plan as well but I was reluctant as had become very set in my eating habits and was worried if I changed them would put on weight!! After a few months although training was hard I was loving it and was very strict in always attending my sessions but found the results slowed, leaving me frustrated!! Eventually I took the plunge and committed to Phil and his programme in every way!! The results have been astounding. Within 5 months of eating and exercising the ‘Phil way’ my body is unrecognisable, having dropped at least two dress sizes and my body is so toned, looking better than when I was 30!! Strangely I eat more than I ever have on Phil’s plan, never feeling hungry. Of course you can’t eat all the naughties but I truly don’t feel like I’m missing anything, the results I see far outweigh the chocolate!! Saying that Phil works your plan to your lifestyle and as long as you are honest with what you are/aren’t prepared to give up he can work your plan to suit you…I still am able to have a cheeky vodka..which was non negotiable!! Phil offers so much more than just a personal trainer, I know as have had many in my life. The support, encouragement he gives is second to none!! He is always there for you with a cheeky text, words of encouragement to keep you on track. If your having a bad day he gets in touch straight away to check in. His knowledge in the gym is spectacularly good and he continually is looking how to sculpt your body to achieve the best results. Phil has become a firm friend in my life, I feel like we are on this continued journey together and he’s there picking me up, pushing me every step of the way. I’m thankful to Phil for my new body and health but mostly thankful for the wonderful friend I have gained…the right thing to gain with a PT!!!

I started training with Phil in April of this year, as I wanted to build my confidence in the gym, and get "toned".
Phil was fantastic, he initially wrote me workout plans that I could follow at home, and I trained with him at profound fitness and with his help, my confidence grew.
I found a love for the gym and now train multiple times a week on my own there, aswell as with Phil. He has helped me with my nutrition and I have currently lost over 8kg in body fat, while still maintaining muscle.
Phil is so inspiring as a PT, so much so I have started training to become PT myself. He is a wealth of information and is so encouraging, even when you are having an "off" or tired day.

What can I say about Phil… he is an amazing PT who’s knowledge is endless when it comes to fitness.
Before training with Phil I wasn’t accountable, trained lazily and had no idea about nutrition. Phil has taught me that training is just as important as nutrition and even through lockdown was there to support and helped me drop 10kgs. Now we’re on the other side of lock down we are training in the private studio with weights and my progress so far is something I never would have achieved without him.
Phil is not only a great trainer but also a great man who has helped me gain confidence in myself. He is not you usual PT where all you eat is chicken and rice, his recipes are varied and all taste delicious!!!

I honestly cannot say enough good thing about Phil and would recommend him to anyone at any point in their fitness journey!!!

Anyone looking to lose weight or get in shape but needs a little help, give Phil a message. I’ve lost over two stone in the first month and I am really immobile due to a back issue.
