Coach Jonze has helped me with my sciatica, I’ve had it for years. He was able to get to the cause very quickly and come up with a training plan of movement and stretching, then building up to strength work. Would highly recommend

I came to Matt with a specific injury-related problem, having had consistent and recurring ankle injuries for a long period of time.
I was therefore out of shape and very low on fitness and confidence. Matt developed a workout plan tailored to build up strength and help reduce the risk of the injury recurring, as well as putting together a plan for me to do at home.
I’ve really enjoyed the sessions, which are varied and challenging, and Matt has also been really flexible with timings which has been helpful. I’m now back playing competitive sport, which I genuinely don’t think I’d have achieved without Matt’s help. Would highly recommend.

Training with Matt was such an amazing experience. He taught me so many kinds of exercises that fit my needs, things I never heard of before and helped me find a new passion for weight lifting.
He pushed me to be stronger, and motivated me to continue whenever I found myself struggling. He was very conscious of my past knee injury and helped me strengthen my muscles around the area.

Been seeing Matt now for 6 months and it’s been one of the best decision I’ve made for my fitness and overall health. I went to the gym for 10 years on my own previously but wanted to freshen things up.
I tried quite a few PTs couldn’t find the right one until meeting Matt. I was instantly impressed with his knowledge from years of experience in lots of disciplines ie cross fit, Olympic weightlifting, conditioning, dynamic stretching, rehabilitation, marathon training etc. He also manages to always keep things constantly fresh but still really effective. On top of that he’s very far from the negative stereotypes of some PTs, being really down to earth, humble and a great motivator, whilst never making you feel self conscious.
