I highly recommend some time with Jase! I had gained weight, lost strength and was pretty sedentary over the last few years. In 8 weeks with Jase I lost a stone and a half and massively improved strength and flexibility. Jase’s style is encouraging and driving, but not Sgt Major level bullying! I reached out to Jason 2 months ago, in need of help not only loosing weight, but also to gain some fitness and strength. Jason has more than exceeded my expectations . I hadn’t done any exercise for approximately 10 years so was quite nervous about training in a gym or in a group. I can’t recommend Jason highly enough - I have been training with him for 7 weeks and feel so much fitter, stronger and more confident in myself - the weight loss is an added bonus. Big shout out to Jase PT for being an amazing PT and all round top bloke. I'm only 7 weeks in with Jase and I'm already sooo chuffed with my progress. Feeling so much fitter and stronger physically and clearer mentally. If you're thinking about getting a PT, I would highly recommend Jase. I got into contact with Jason after the last lockdown (after sitting on the sofa for a year) I explained that I was an active and fit man before COVID-19 and super nervous to get back into fitness, I wanted to achieve explosive fitness and strength conditioning. Jason took this on board listen to my troubles and was very knowledgeable when answering my difficult question. While working out with Jason he didn’t make me feel stupid small or make the movements too over the top it’s was perfect for what I wanted to achieve. If you are looking for no nonsense no gimmicks training please work with Jason. Fab workouts designed for you so that you can keep working out with realistic dietary support. I am well on the way to losing my first stone and for the first time in ages am enjoying my workouts. You can fit the workouts into your routine and they become part of your “normal”. A massive shout out to Jase who has not only managed to get me to put the wine glass down and get off the sofa but to actually workout 3 times a week! !! I was certainly not kind to my body during lockdown but with Jase' help I'm now drinking less, moving more and eating better. I feel so much fitter and more motivated than ever. Always available and always encouraging, I certainly wouldn't be doing it without him or would probably of given up after day 1. Thanks Jase. I would highly recommend Jase. He has managed to get a very unmotivated me to work out 3 times a week and actually enjoy it and look forward to it. My eating habits have really changed and I now go for the healthier options. Jase is really supportive and encouraging and the daily check-in helps with keeping me in check. I have a fairly busy schedule and he would manage the workout to fit in around this. I feel fitter, healthier and motivated to continue my fitness and healthier lifestyle. Thanks to Jase I have changed my bad food habits and I work out 3 times a week, my body has started to change shape, I’ve lost the lockdown weight and I feel so much healthier and fitter. Fab fab PT coach I highly recommend Jase, he is always available to speak to and get advice from, even at the weekend when I was kicking myself for having one or too many glasses of wine. Having not exercised for 10+ years I was anxious about restarting. Jase has been supportive and encouraging throughout, listening to my goals and keeping me motivated. My energy levels increased dramatically and I felt better in general after just a couple of sessions. He has helped me find enjoyment in exercising and I look forward to sessions with Jase and home workouts he sets. For those who are not the fittest, youngest, skinniest and who feel pt sessions are really not for them, I can confirm these sessions are great. Jason is approachable and happy to adjust sessions to your ability. He encourages rather than pushes. I really enjoyed my 1-2-1 sessions. It’s good to know you are doing exercises correctly. Any I found too hard he was able to suggest an alternative allowing me to build up. I wish him all the best, he will do well as will anyone joining his sessions. More...

I have really enjoyed my workouts over the last 4 weeks. Jase has been very supportive and motivating and kept me on track- even if I didn't want to go, I always felt great after! Jase listened to my goals and orientated workouts around this and I already feel fitter and better in myself in 4 weeks. It's also been great being able to fit in workouts around my work/lifestyle which I have always struggled with in the past. This made it alot easier to get into a workout regime and keep it! I cant even put into words how supportive and encouraging Jase has been throughout my fitness journey! He has helped me get into a routine that works for my busy work life and it has changed my lifestyle completely. I never thought I would get to the point where I enjoy and look forward to my next workout! Jase has been extremely approachable and he has made sure that I have enjoyed every minute of my programme. I’m only 6 weeks into my routine and i know I will be continuing to challenge myself further with my fitness goals.
