Personal Trainers

Absolutely amazing. I've always hated exercise and been really unmotivated. After working with Justin, I actually enjoy working out, and have managed to stick to my plan and be really motivated. Each client has different goals, and is assessed on an individual basis. Once goals are agreed upon, a specific plan is assigned to the client and followed both in an app, and in person, along with telephone support and macro tracking and if requested full meal plans.
This creates day to day accountability, builds confidence and stability while new habits are learned and changes become ingrained.

There is no secret. Good planning and knowledge plays a big part, but commitment is just as important. Learning to focus your mind and stick to the plan is really so important, so building plans that suit the individual is key here, along with building confidence, which, being also a life coach I feel I can do very well.

Helping people change their lives, their self belief, their physical health and mental wellbeing. Watching them succeed and being privileged to be a small part in their journey is immensely satisfying.

I wanted to change career while I was still young enough to enjoy my family. Even now in my mid 40's, I can outwork and outperform most people in their 20's without really trying. Ive always been into fitness, martial arts and holistic practice, because i genuinely love it, so it was just the logical move.
