The whole process was quick and efficient and exactly what is needed in today's environment. In fact it is better placed for the future as I can see very little to be gained from an architect doing a home visit. Price also very competitive.

I found myself up against it with a time-sensitive, urgent job. The local council had asked for amended, scaled floor and elevation plans as part of my application for planning permission, as what I’d provided (which I’d obtained from the builders) was incomplete. I was panicking ahead of the deadline. Thank goodness I used CN3D. For a start, a human being (a really nice person, too) answers the phone all the time so you can actually speak to someone. Second, they’re extremely helpful and friendly. They kept me informed and updated about my job. They went above and beyond in helping me by urgently fitting in my job and completing it in super fast time. From the directors down to all the staff, all my dealings with them were a pleasure. Was a little sceptical appointing a ‘virtual’ architect but the service has been absolutely faultless by Chris. The turnaround times are flawless and his advice has been sound. We found Chris to be helpful and responsive in preparation for our extension project.The original suggestion on roof shape was great but in practice, it would have been problematic to build so we needed to alter the design a little and resubmit drawings. We was immediately provided new drawings at no extra cost which was very much appreciated. Build took a while due to planning delays but we got there in the end! We had a great experience from start to finish with Chris. From first instruction, through the design process and to getting finalised drawings and planning approval, it was quick, easy and very fair priced. Easy to deal with and came up with some great ideas for our project, when he was not available there was always someone to step in and help.
