We found Club Class Catering & Jim by pure luck 6 years ago this month and we simply have not looked back. Not only is the food utterly delicious (Every time) but the service is first class and Jim is a top class person. We use Club class Catering at least once a month, every month and Jim has delighted us with his cooking every time. I had never used a caterer for a private party with 30 guests before - I really wanted someone to come to the house, provide food and drinks for guests at the party, and then clear up afterwards, so I could relax and enjoy myself. Club Class Catering did a fantastic job - and I was very reassured by the trouble Jim took in helping to plan the party, with lots of menu options and suggestions on what would work well. It was very helpful that they brought the drink and took away what we didn't use. My friends loved the food and were super complimentary about the caterer - several asked for Jim's details. A huge thank you to Club Class Catering for providing perfect food and service at my daughter’s wedding lunch on Monday. I was naturally concerned about organising this, especially as I was not local to Edinburgh, but Club Class Catering put me at ease with their thoughtful communication and attention to detail: Jim suggested a wide variety of menu options and then met with us at the venue to discuss the details: the room layout, how formal we wanted the occasion to be, individual meals for people with specific dietary needs, meals for children etc. On the day everything was beautifully laid out and the food was delicious, delightfully presented and seamlessly served by wise and caring staff. Club Class Catering have provided great food for me a few times. They have prepared a hot buffet for a party of around 20 and also cooked and served for 35 at a Civil Partnership ceremony with waiters and serving staff. On each occasion the food has been delicious and so well presented. Jim helped plan each menu with useful innovative suggestions. Each time I have been able to enjoy the event knowing that a professional with an eye for detail was looking after the food which is such an important part of the night.
