After a lot of issues with Cloudsource I am happy to say they have 100% turned the corner with the customer service approach towards us. Dialog between both businesses is now fantastic and is kept simple. Dean Collins who is our account manager is completely focused and has an understanding of our business needs and we now have faith in him and the company moving forward. Cloudsource deal with our technical issues very promptly and efficiently, no matter how complex the issues are. They are very knowledgeable, and have never failed to find solutions when we have experienced technical issues. They act from the moment you call, responding immediately, and they keep you updated of progress made until the issue is resolved. They can hop onto your computer immediately and find out what the issue is remotely. On rare occasions they have needed to take equipment away to perform open hardware surgery, but never fail to resolve the issue with as little impact to our operations as possible. I have now been a customer with Cloudsource for 6 months.Over the months I have dealt with Samantha Partington Service Manager and can honestly say I have every faith in Sam's ability in looking after our contract. Sam has great knowledge and help and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had Issues in the beginning which were quickly dealt with by Paul and his amazing team and were resolved in no time. It has taken me many years to find an IT solutions company that not only does what they say they will but also go the extra mile. From the moment you log your call, you are kept updated of any updates and usually most issues are resolved within a few hours. The remote service is amazing, the tech guys talk to you in a language you understand and never patronise. On the odd occasion our issues cannot be resolved remotely they have sent an engineer out on site to rectify the problem. We recently got a serious malware attack on our system, Cloudsource worked tirelessly to make this experience as painless as possible. Brilliant company. More...

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I have previously set up 6 offices and every time I experienced delays with getting a working phone system (with a major U. K provider). From the moment I placed the order I was given an installation date within 10 days The Engineer (Keith) arrived at the stated time to discover there was no cabling whatsoever to our office (in a country business park). Keith stated that this wasn't a problem and he installed the cabling and said there would be no additional charge (although I'm told that other companies would have charged around £1000 for this). By the end of the day we were working fully on a temporary system with a date for BT to provide what was required for the permanent system. Following BTs input, the phones worked until the following day when 2 phones continued to work and two did not. We reported this to Cloudsource in the afternoon and Keith was back out the following morning and fixed the issue.The cost of this service is very competitive. The phone system has many features that we haven't had before and Keith explained what these were and how to set up directories and make the most of the system. The customer service couldn't have been any better thus far and I have already recommended this company to the other regions within my organisation. More...
