1. They don't use templates as standard, so could custom built to match our vision and created a online store that was completely bespoke to our needs.
2. They took the time to listen to what we required but also brought their own ideas, experience and creativity so that the end design was more rounded.
3. They understood that we needed to see things in a visual context and have some flexibility to 'play' around with a few ideas. All of this was done in interactive sessions making the process highly personal.
4. PK took the lead on our website and were exceptional - communication was constant and quick, he explained in terms we could easily understand and he made the whole process so easy it was a pleasure to work with him.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Mid of 2020, we realized there is a great demand in IT service industry for experienced & subject matter experts who can serve small and medium size companies as a premium IT workforce, however we have now built our capabilities to provide bespoke services even to larger organisations. So, early 2021 we launched CITRIS to fill that supply and demand gap in UK IT market. We come from a niche IT background and have vast experience in cloud computing, software development & testing, IT service management and IT operational risk management.
