Recently I had a computer problem.I had a new USB Stick and I tried to stick it into my laptop.I obviously pushed it in too hard and the wrong way around and I destroyed the USB port, additionally my laptop wouldn't work at all anymore. After calling Clix Computers, a very friendly staff member picked up my laptop within 2h.They analysed the problem: I had caused real damage to the port and additionally damaged a part of the laptops inner workings. I was really devastated because I thought I could bin the laptop, (it was very expensive and not very old) but the Clix Computer Team soothed me and assured me that they will do their best to repair it to my satisfaction.They returned the laptop after only 2 days and they had fixed the port and the other damage and the laptop was like new. They also scanned the laptop for errors and discovered two problems which they eliminated.The whole service was great and when I compared prices with other pc services in town, I thought Clix Computers pricing is quite reasonable.If I should have the next attack of clumsiness towards my laptop, I will surely call them again :) More...
