I am an interfaith minister and writer, single, highly mobile and a life-long animal lover. I've been house and pet sitting for close to 8 years, mainly in the UK and France, caring for many different breeds of dogs, cats, chickens, and even the odd farm.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the company of our animal friends, their teaching and unconditional affection. It's always a joy to observe their different characters, and to be quickly taken into their trust.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I left the corporate world (management consultancy) some years ago, and have enjoyed the gentler pace of life since. As a writer and someone who hosts mainly spiritual events online, and having no dependencies, I enjoy the variety of a nomadic lifestyle.

I am fully reliable, guided by strong ethical principles, and very respectful of others' homes and property. I aim to tread lightly wherever I go.

House and pet sitting requires an on site presence. I can of course meet people who may be considering hiring me for an online interview.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensuring that all surfaces and anything I touch is clean. Quarantining (setting aside) any cutlery, crockery and any other items that I may use.
Pet and Home Sitting
Care for pets while owners are away from home, including feeding, walking, grooming, administering medication and providing loving care and attention. I take instruction on requirements from owners to ensure that familiar routines for their pets are followed. I usually stay overnight, for periods that may last one or two days to several weeks, and do not leave a property for more than 3 hours per day. I also follow guidance regarding home care, for example, including plant watering, cleaning, security and rubbish collection.
