I love being able to assist others in finding solutions to their difficulties and reaching their place of happiness.
Why should our clients choose you?
I qualified in 2012 and have been working in the NHS since then.
I am here to help you find out what is holding you back. I won’t judge or belittle. I am empathic and genuinely want to help you get to where you want to be. I will at times, ask you to reflect on your own behaviour which may be impacting on the situation or may suggest looking at things from a different angle. I can educate you on anxiety, anger, frustration and loss and and have a vast array of strategies to help you cope with anxiety, anger, loss, relationships and lots more.
