Our installation of a replacement boiler in a new position and upgrade of 21 radiators was more complex than just a boiler replacement. The quote we got was by no means the cheapest but we chose it because alan, the surveyor, was the only one of six we talked to who could understand let alone answer all my technical questions. It was a great relief to find someone who could give sensible and informed answers. I also spoke to Emma our 'excellence advisor' over vaguenesses in the contract. Without her written reassurances I would not have gone ahead.It would have been naive not to expect problems. However, Emma was supremely supportive. I read reviews of other companies and came across many mentions of difficulty in getting help, or getting answers to questions. If Emma did not answer the phone immediately she would always call back quickly with a positive response. I felt as though she was on my side. I have never come across service like this before and it seems very rare in this particular industry.In the event the installation involved more work than expected but this was carried out without any suggestion of extra charges - honouring the 'Fixed Price Quote Promise' without demur.We are very satisfied with our installation, we got value for money and met some good people. Absolutely superb service from Matt and Luke they went above and beyond the call of duty over the last two days fitting my daughters boiler and new radiators. From fast tracking hazard tests and finding a faults in the old tank and finding the part at short notice. Didn’t leave a issue unsolved always found and fixed any problems that appeared. A number of times now I have tried different plumbers and a number of times I have had to have Clever Energy out to rectify issues caused by these people , my wife is vulnerable to cold temperatures so Clever Energy prioritise this and also attend and put issues right . I recently had a boiler fail completely and Clever Energy not only offered the best overall package deal but also guarantee the whole system for 12 months .also they got it fitted within the week . Clever energy boilers...we werent right excited as we have never heard of them we kind of stuck to what we know of such as british gas or eon etc. ..we were desperate for a whole new boiler and heating system and the prices were terrible then my fella found clever energy online so i gave them a ring and booked in for a quote a bit wearily thinking oh it will just be the same as others or even more....a bloke named keith came to quote us and what a lovely guy he were talked us through it all to the last detail he popped all details in on his ipad and when he turned it round me n the fella nearly fell off our chairs we couldnt believe the price we were quoted ...absolutely spot on we booked it straight away....the lads came to start yesterday 6/8/18 ...knocked on our door about 8am lovely and polite ...we were still half asleep....these 3 lads came straight in ...no messing about nothing they put the radio on and were singing allday...they didnt stop until they done it all and left about 5.30pm put all the carpets back picked up everything even vacked all up where they had worked ...we were over the moon everything fantastically cleanly done ...ive never known lads work like they did to get a job done absolutely fantastic they need a pay rise or a big bonus...couldnt fault them what so ever...and to think we were just going to stick with what we know and not try another company just because they were unknown to us....if you need anything doing boiler radiators u name it the company to go with is clever energy what a fantastic company everybody i know i will tell them to use clever energy...ring them get booked in and get it done....brilliant ....absolutely...thank you so much clever energy...and give them lads a bonus they truely deserve it!!!!
