What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that we have helped our clients feel less stressed and can walk away knowing that they understand why bills have come about is something we believe everyone should be entitled to when dealing with their tax affairs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In our full-time roles we have been extremely fortunate to work for a company that puts the clients first, who treats them as people and not numbers or fees - which we have experienced in the past. This ethos is inspiring and we feel that everyone should have that experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
We feel that we are able to offer a personalised, friendly service that we would expect and want ourselves. We always try and place ourselves in the shoes of our clients, that includes trying to keep overheads to a minimum and keep our costs down - tax shouldn't have to be taxing on either the individual involved or their pocket!

Currently we offer online services and work from electronic information only - if clients are local then we can collect/drop-off documents, however primarily we work electronically
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working electronically removes risks from ourselves and our client base, technology enables us to be able to have the capability to have clients email/send their paperwork over to us and vice versa. Once restrictions ease we would be looking to hold the odd 'open day', however this will be guided by our client base.
Rental Accounts - starting at £80 p/property
Our specialism is in the completion of rental accounts, we don't see why people should have to worry about being charged the earth for completing them, nor being bombarded with jargon that is not easy to understand if you don't work in the field.
We let you know what we need in order to get your accounts completed, we will ask you questions to ensure all available relief/expenses are claimed & whether any paperwork will need to be seen. We then get to work!
Let Property Campaign - £80 p/year p/property (not Inc. Tax return fee)
Another service that we specialise in is the Let Property Campaign - this enables individuals who have rental properties but have not yet declared this to HMRC to do so in a manner in which is better than backdating tax returns if not already completed.
It is aimed to try and encourage disclosure in a way that would be more beneficial to the individuals than HMRC finding out themselves.
