I have been so lucky to hire those gentleman for my house move last week.

I was impressed by the speed of contact made by Dave. Even more so by the way that he quickly grasped what was required. Living 300 miles away from my mother, I needed a house clearance that would enable me to get home afterwards.

So Dave and his team turned up at 8am on the appointed day and I was very impressed. They were all very pleasant, polite and professional, going about the work with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of effort.

The house was cleared remarkably quickly, the team even working without a break to ensure minimum inconvenience to me, after the loss of my mother.

Perhaps not the cheapest option out there, Dave admitted that himself, but for a professional and thorough job being done, I find it hard to believe there will be many better companies out there, doing this kind of work.

A couple of items found under furniture were brought to me to see if they were needed and at the end of it all they brushed the carpets to ensure there was no remaining debris. Dave even went around with an air freshener, to leave the house smelling nice when it was locked up for the final time.

I cannot fault Dave and his team. I asked for a quote on clearing my mums house due to her recent death. Dave called me within 10 minutes of listing the job. He was highly sensitive to my situation which immediately put me at ease. He explained everything in depth and even listened to mums wishes about items going to charity. Dave was able to meet me at the property the following day at a time convenient to me. Dave looked around the property, asking questions then gave me a quote within 10 minutes. It was very reasonable. We accepted the quote immediately and as Dave had his team and van with him, he was able to start the job there and then! Yes, immediately. This was cathartic for me and took away the stress of having to clear mums house. The team were clean working, made no damage, worked non stop, and had the highest levels of integrity. When they found keepsakes they thought I'd like, they brought it to me to show me. This was kind, caring and highly dignified. They have the highest work ethics I've seen. They even tidied up after them and hoovered. The experience was highly positive and they made a very sad, upsetting situation easier to cope with as they took all the pressure away. The ClearMove Removals was excellent. I personally believe they did a brilliant job. Actually, I posted a request on Bark on Friday and Dave just gave me a call in around 20-25 minutes after the post. And then he quickly came to my home to check the items needed to be moved on Saturday and told me the quote after his checking. Finally, we agreed to have the work starting on Monday.
