What do you love most about your job?
Helping others find clarity in their lives when things feel like they are difficult to navigate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had my own struggles and managing to overcome them and wanting to help others on their own journeys of discovery.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am friendly, warm, kind, and non-judgmental. I believe that everybody regardless of who they are or from whatever walk of life, deserves a chance to feel listened to and heard. I have an empathic nature and have learned through life experiences how to walk alongside others and am able to view situations from the client's perspective.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks and sanitizer are available for all face-to-face clients.
Person-Centered Therapist
I provide a calm, non-judgemental space where I listen to your story with empathy and understanding to try and help you make sense of what's happening for you at this time. The therapy space is there for you to explore your feelings and emotions so that you can develop a better understanding and gain therapeutic growth. It is a non-directive space and I will not push you to share anything that you feel is too painful. Trusting someone new I understand is incredibly hard, but I will walk beside you to help you find a way forward in your life journey.
