Can't recommend Kevin and Mair more highly. They did a brilIant job. Carpets looked totally renewed and whole house feels refreshed. Made all the difference and they were charming, speedy and efficient. Their high tech equipment doesn't use nasty chemicals yet they got rid of every stain. Had a quote from a local carpet company to replace my carpets, to find the labour charges 3 times the price of the carpet. I rang Kevin for a quote & advice on cleaning them instead. I wasn't hopeful but thought it a good solution until I could save to replace them. Kevin & Mair arrived on time & got straight into work, I found them both professional & friendly. I am very pleased with the job Mair and Kevin did cleaning my carpet. They were on time, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning equipment and their in depth efficient cleaning process which brought my tired old carpet back to life. This was NO Rug-Doctor operation they had professional commercial grade equipment and knew how to use it, all at excellent value for money. Brilliant service from Kevin & Mair. The slate floor in our kitchen and hall is over 20 years old and with two lovely but muddy spaniels, over the last few years it had become dull with ground in mud/dirt and the colours had virtually disappeared. They came and a did a demo, they were not phased by the state of the floor. The actual deep clean took place yesterday and it was sealed today. What phenominal difference! I don't think the colours have ever been so fantastic and clear, not even when it was new. Both Kevin and Mair were superb in getting the job done efficiently, and were careful and tidy in their whole approach. They have given me helpful tips and views on how to maintain the floors. Great service! Mair replied almost as soon as I messaged and was able to schedule an appointment to meet my needs. She warned me that not all stains could be removed and was very realistic about what could be provided. The technician arrived in good time, worked efficiently, and did a great job of cleaning up our carpet. Fab team, very courteous, very professional, very sympathetic to my needs. I was very pleased with the carpet and mattress cleaning service I got from the Cleaning Solutions Bridgend Ltd. I found them by chance through internet search engine (I looked on gumtree). I called them for a quote - which was reasonable (£115 for lounge, bedroom and halls stairs and landing). They turned up at agreed time, carried out the job swiftly and diligently, gave me some after care advice and a product for emergency spillages. To be honest, I was very impressed, this is a hard working and very professional team, they should be very proud of the service they provide.
