Note: Most of our clients prefer to use their own cleaning products and vacuum cleaner as this ensures that there isn’t cross-contamination from other people's homes – for example, dog hairs on the vacuum cleaner roller – and also ensures that their house is cleaned with products they like. If you would prefer for the cleaner to provide the cleaning products, please discuss and agree on this with the cleaner when you talk through your requirements with them (the cleaner will probably charge extra for providing the products).
Additionally, some children have allergies to some products and their parents know what to avoid.

I've always throughout my career wanted to set up my own business and following much research decided that the time was right. Domestic Cleaning is a chore for anyone, young or elderly, and can be stressful when short of time or not able to clean to the standard you once could, it's great to provide a service that can remove the pressure and free up time to enjoy life.

: We interview ALL cleaners in their own home
: We take up REFERENCES on ALL cleaners on your behalf
: You meet and approve your cleaner before they start cleaning your house
: We don't work in teams, therefore once you've approved your cleaner, she will be your permanent cleaner with who you will build up a relationship and rapport.
: If your cleaner is ill or planning to go on holiday, we can provide a cover cleaner to ensure a seamless clean for you.
: We are always available to discuss your requirements further if something changes or you would like to change or add on additional services.

The cleaners work remotely traveling from clean to clean during the working day.

We follow all of the Government guidelines in terms of social distancing, and ventilation in the areas working in. If a client or a cleaner has any symptoms, they should make contact to advise the other party and suggest rearranging only when they have tested negative twice. Masks can be worn by the cleaner if a client is vulnerable, and vice versa. Regular hand washing and sanitizing are advised whilst working
